Trial before purchase

LegenDay can be downloaded and tested for free before buying a license. During this period you can import videos, transcribe, edit and decide whether the app meets your needs. Purchase should only happen after you decide you want to continue using the app.

Refunds after purchase

After payment is confirmed, we do not offer refunds. The license is a digital product delivered immediately by email and activated in the app. Because the free trial lets you evaluate the product in advance, we consider the purchase an informed decision.

License scope

The license you purchase corresponds to the current major version of the app at the time of purchase and may only be used with that major version (for example, 1.x). Minor and patch updates within the same major remain covered. A future major version (for example, 2.x) requires a new license.

Legal basis

Brazil (CDC): distance contracts may have a 7-day withdrawal right (art. 49), except when the consumer consents to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges the loss of that right, under art. 49 sole paragraph and ANPD guidance for digital products.
European Union: Directive 2011/83/EU provides an exception to the right of withdrawal when digital content performance begins with express consent and acknowledgment that the withdrawal right ends.
Digital product: after the license code is delivered, the good has been fully made available. The prior trial reduces information asymmetry between buyer and seller.

How purchase works

Download LegenDay and test it free on your Mac.
In the app, open License and start secure checkout via Stripe.
After payment, receive your activation code by email.
Paste the code in the app to unlock licensed export.

Exceptions

If you were charged twice or did not receive your license code after purchase, use our support form and include your payment reference. We will review technical errors or wrongful charges individually.
